Apply themes for Windows
- Open Settings → Personalization → Themes
- Choose a theme or select Browse themes / Microsoft Store
- Apply; confirm accent color and sound pack if included
Wallpaper-only packs
If you only downloaded images, set them under Personalization → Background (picture or slideshow).
